The Hilal to commence the month of Rabiul Awwal 1441 AH was looked for after the sunset of Monday, October 28, 2019. Reports from local committees confirmed that the moon was SIGHTED in Phoenix, AZ and Berkeley, CA.
The Central Hilal Committee has accepted these report(s) and has declared:
Tuesday, October 29, 2019 will be the 1st day of Rabiul Awwal 1441 AH.
