The Hilal to commence the month of Zul Hijjah 1443 AH was looked for after the sunset on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. The Hilal WAS SIGHTED by CHC subcommittee members in SAN DIEGO, CA, MAINLAND, USA.
The Central Hilal Committee of North America has accepted these report(s) and has declared Thursday, June 30, 2022, the 1st day of Zul Hijjah 1443 AH.
THUS:
Eid al Adha will be on Saturday, July 9, 2022.
Important Dates:
Ayaam al Tashreeq: From after Fajr of Friday, July 8 to after Asr of Tuesday, July 12.
Days of Qurbani: Saturday, July 9 to Monday, July 11.
